What it is and Who is it for?
Small businesses struggle to grow or even get their businesses off the ground due to their lack of market research. Majority have relied solely on guess work, gut feelings and luck to grow their businesses. But that isn’t enough anymore, technologies have changed, consumer behaviour have changed and so has the way businesses operate. Successful small businesses have managed to leverage market research to boost their conversion rates and client reach.
There is a lot more that is involved towards conducting market research however we have narrowed down the specifics in this workshop to what small business owners really need to be able to leverage market research to grow their businesses.
Topics for discussions will be as follows:

- Researching and Collecting Market Insights from Available Databases so that you are able to leverage these in your business
